Associação Lisbonense de Proprietários

Founded on February 3, 1888, the Lisbonense Owners’ Association is the oldest and most representative structure of urban owners nationwide. Defending owners and landlords rights are the reasons for behind the association existence and the main axis of its action. Despite a long history that has already extended across three centuries, ALP is a historical association oriented towards the future.

Alongside its mission, ALP provides a set of integrated services, which include: Property Management, Guest Accommodation Management and Student Housing, Condominium Management, Technical Services, Architecture, Due Diligence in Real Estate Purchase, Legal and Tax Counselling.
