The renewal of “PME Líder” Status awarded by IAPMEI to SME companies with high levels of performance and financial solidity once again validates JM Ribeiro da Cunha & Associados’ business strategy.

In addition to the general conditions mecessary to obtain the SME leader label, to renew it in 2023 companies were required to simultaneous fulfil the following criteria:

• Turnover of more than 1 million Euros (2022);
• Positive Net Result (2022);
• EBITDA/Assets (2022) >= 2.00%;
• EBITDA/Turnover (2022) >= 2.00%;
• Financial Autonomy (Equity/Assets) >= 30.00%
• Net Profitability Equity (2022) >= 2.00%;
• Net Financial Debt/EBITDA (2022) ≤ 4.50;
• Risk rating assigned by Mutual Guarantee Societies ≤ 7.

To calculate these indicators, the data from the 2022 IES are considered, and the calculation formulas specified in the Regulation of the PME Leader and Excellence Status 2023 are applied.
